My Favorites» Hank Mobley's improvisation on "Recado Bossa Nova"

Hank Mobley's improvisation on this song is one of my all-time-favorites. A very tasty solo; and also very logical - Mobley was on of the greatest tenorists ever, I believe.

This song (Recado Bossa Nova), is the second track from the album "Hank Mobley-Dippin' (Blue Note)"; Hank Mobley on tenor saxophone, Lee Morgan on trumpet, Harold Mabern Jr. on piano, Larry Ridley on bass, and Billy Higgins on drums - recorded on June 18, 1965.
